Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to per-event purchases on Studio Score Keeper, operated by Vivariance Inc. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. Per-event purchases
Each event is unlocked by a one-time payment — $49 for an unjudged event or $99 for a judged event, each including up to 500 entries. Additional entry capacity ($40 per 1,000 entries) is an add-on purchase.
2. Eligibility for a refund
- Before you use the event: if you have not yet started running the event (no live scoring and no published results), you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- After the event is used: once an event has been run — scored live and/or had results published — the purchase is non-refundable, because the Service has been delivered.
- Entry top-up blocks are non-refundable, including any unused portion of a purchased allowance.
- Duplicate or accidental charges will be refunded in full.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@studioscorekeeper.com from your account email address, including the event name and date and a brief reason. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe; the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
4. Coupons and promotions
Events unlocked with a 100%-off coupon involve no charge and are not eligible for a refund.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
